Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray baking sheet generously with cooking spray of choice or olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder to salmon and massage.
Squeeze half of a fresh lemon and add used lemon to the baking sheet to bake with salmon.
Bake without a cover for 20 minutes.
Squeeze lemon once more over salmon.
Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (optional)
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
