  • 1 can pineapple chunks or crushed pineapples (8 ounces, drained) can use fresh pineapple also
  • 1 package fat-free cream cheese (8 ounces) can use regular cream cheese
  • 4-6 ounces cool whip (1/2 up to 2/3 of the container) can use sugar free cool whip
  • ΒΌ cup powdered stevia


  • Using a cup attachment for your blender when cream cheese is cold, put cream cheese in cup and give a quick pulse. Less than 30 seconds. As the recipe calls for the fat-free cream cheese to get the proper consistency, use this method.
  • Drain the pineapple juice and add only the pineapple to cup and pulse again for less than 30 seconds.
  • Scoop mixture into a mixing bowl and mix in powdered stevia with a mixing spoon or whisk.
  • Fold in cool whip.
  • Serve immediately, or chill.
