Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tbs chia seeds usually in baking aisle of grocery store
  • 1 tbs cashew butter find in grocery store where peanut butter is located
  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 level scoops Nutrilite All Plant Protein see above for link to protein powder
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and blend
  • Pour in cup and top with blueberries
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for breakfast the next day. Use within 3 days.
